Air is best suited for Baguette, Bread rolls, Croissants, Stone is best suited for stone baked bread, pretzels, snacks and Fire is best suited for pizzas.
Steam Hood, Intermediate Compartment, Proofing Cabinet, Base Frame or rollers can be added as optional accessories.
