Product Admin Officer

Job Overview:

This role supports our Product Department with adminstrative tasks to maintain the overall operations of our 3
in-house brands. You will work in a start-up like culture where you will be actively involved in building and

Assistant Sales Manager

Job Overview:

This role involves negotiating with overseas suppliers, managing the purchasing process to
ensure timely delivery, coordinating with internal and external parties, and providing pricing
information while handling additional assigned duties.

  • Oversee and approve departmental sales and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Conduct team briefings, monitor sales performance, and manage customer acquisition and relations.
  • Negotiation overdue debts, train new sales team members, and handle transaction documentation and reporting.
  • Meet with international suppliers to collaborate on sales strategies and resolve pricing, delivery, and complaint issues.
  • Manage quality systems, departmental personnel, and sales recruitment and training.

Senior  Designer

Job Overview:

Design and review layouts per client requirements, ensuring accuracy before submission. maintain smooth
operations, and coordinate with clients. Conduct site inspections for kitchen renovations and ensure effective
team communication. Handle assigned tasks efficiently while meeting project expectations.

  • Design work as assigned from clients or requirements.
  • Check drawing and design layout to make sure contain detail correctly.
  • Complete the design and thoroughly check it before submitting it to the requester
  • Check equipments and tools to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage work and drafting team as assigned
  • Coordinate with the requester to ensure accurate work details
  • Inspect worksite for kitchen renovation

Sales  Coordinator - TST 

Job Overview:

You will assist the Assistant Sales Manager to expand TST’s market presence. This includes actively searching for new customers to introduce them to the company’s products. You will conduct cold calls, customer visits and assist with day-to-day operations to support customer selling activities.

Company Introduction

TST Noble is a leading ice machine specialist company. We sell, rent, service and maintain ice machines for key accounts across Thailand. Some of our key customers include KFC, Fuji and BBQ plaza.
Aside from ice machines, TST is also an authorized distributor of Duraments. Duraments is a brand that sells Operating Supplies and Equipment to restaurants and hotels. Their product range includes: 4-tier shelving, ice caddy, flour bins and faucets.

  • Make cold calls to new and prospective customers to sell ice machines or Duraments products
  • Visit new and prospective customers to sell ice machine or Duraments products.
  • Prepare quotation proposals for the Assistant Manager.
  • Recommend products, handle customer feedback, and assist in addressing customer service issues.
  • Support Assistant Manager by ensuring that the company has latest product information. This will include attending training for the company.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for Assistant Manager.

  • Experience in sales any field over 1-2 years
  • Able to speak English is a plus
  • Need to have personal car and driving license.
  • Strong in service mind and open mind set.
  • Eager to learn and strong in negotiation.
